For ages 13 years old and up. Entry to this level only allowed by Kumu. Students at this level are prepared for the competitions, which are optional. Students are most likely to also do some performances.

Na Kamali’i Papa Liko (Beginning Kaikamahine)
Wednesday, 4:30 – 6:00 pm

For ages 5 to 13 years of age. Entry to this level is for a basic keiki wanting and needing to learn the basic fundamentals of hula. Some of the students in this class may have had some experience.

For ages 13 years and up. Entry to this level is for a basic wahine wanting and needing to learn the basic fundamentals of hula. Some of the students in this class may have had some experience.

Thursday, 5 – 6:30 pm

For ages 5 to 13 years of age. Entry to this level only allowed by Kumu Students at this level are prepared for the competitions, which are optional. Students are most likely to also do some performances.

Papa Kane (Men)
Thursday, 6:30 – 8:00 pm

For ages 13 years old and up. Entry to this level only allowed by Kumu. Students at this level are prepared for the competitions, which are optional. Students are most likely to also do some performances.

** Parking is very limited in the lot fronting the Halau. For those of you who drive, please try to find parking on Pahia Rd. (along side the building). Only if absolutely necessary, then park in the lot. For parents who are picking up their Keiki, you may wait in the lot next door (where the Thai restaurant is). Please try not to wait in the parking lot out front, as it may distract business from Mui Kwai Chop Suey. Mahalo Nui!
